Troubleshooting

Every asks me to confirm my email

An unverified email opens the Verification Code screen, which shows the address the code went to. Enter the code in Confirmation code. To get a new one, select Resend code: earlier codes stop working. If you reach the attempt limit, email support@every.io to confirm your account.

My password is rejected on the reset screen

Check that it has at least 8 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol. The two password fields must also match.

I don’t see the passkey option

The passkey option appears when your account has one and your browser supports it. Sign in with your password instead.

My account isn’t linked to a company

Every shows “Your account isn’t linked to a company any more. Ask an administrator at your company to restore your access, or contact support@every.io.” Ask an administrator at your company to restore your access, or email support@every.io.
