Settings > API opens Every API, where you create the keys your apps use to reach the Every API. Company Admins and Owners can use it, and it shows only if your company has the Every API. Select Every API Documentation at the top to open the API reference in a new tab.

Create a key

  1. Under API keys, select Create new.
  2. Enter a Key name, such as the app that will use it.
  3. Choose a Key scope: Read only or Read & write.
  4. Select Create.
  5. Copy the key and store it somewhere secure, then select Done & close.
Every shows a key only once, when you create it. Every key is company-scoped: it can access all data available at the company level.

Your keys

API keys lists each key with its name, its scope (Read or Read & write), when it was last used (or Never used) and when it was added.

Revoke a key

Open the key’s menu, select Revoke, then Confirm. This permanently revokes the key and turns off its API access. You can’t undo it.
