In Reports, the Accounting group holds your company’s three financial statements. Company Admins and Bookkeepers see them once your company’s books are connected to Every (see Accounting settings).

Read a statement

Each statement opens as a table with one row per account and one column per month.
  • Expand an account to see the accounts inside it.
  • On Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, the last row holds the totals.
  • Use the date range picker to choose the months you want, such as Last 3 months or Year to date, then select Apply.
  • Select Filters > Account to show only some accounts, or Display to hide columns.
  • Select Export to download the statement as a CSV file.
If your company has Insights, an Accounting status panel above each statement shows how far your books are closed, such as Closed through a given date, and how much of each month has been categorized and finalized. For payroll and people reports, see Payroll and people reports.
