Integrations may not be available for your company yet.
Every has two places for integrations:
  • Settings > Integrations connects Every to the tools your company already uses. You see only the integrations your role can set up.
  • My account > Integrations connects your own accounts. These apply to you, not your whole company.
Each page shows Featured tiles with their status, such as Connected or Not Connected, and a Configured integrations list of what’s connected. Select Browse all to search everything you can connect, grouped by category. To connect QuickBooks, use Accounting settings.

Company integrations

Okta

First, in Okta, go to Applications > API Service Integrations > Add Integration, select Every, then Install & Authorize. Then open Okta in Every and select Set up.
1

Credentials

Enter your Okta domain, Client ID and Client secret, then select Next.
2

Lifecycle policies

Choose Okta account activation for new hires (Activate immediately or Activate after onboarding) and Termination behavior (Suspend the account or Deactivate the account). Select Connect. Every checks your credentials with Okta before it saves the connection.
Once Okta is connected, use Employee directory to link your people to their existing Okta profiles. Every suggests matches by primary email, and you choose. After that, new hires and terminations sync automatically. You can change the New hires and Terminations settings at any time. To change credentials or turn Okta off, open the connection’s menu and select Update connection or Disconnect.
Deactivate the account removes the person from their assigned Okta apps, and those apps may delete their data, including email and files. Suspend the account blocks sign-in but keeps their apps and data.

Slack

Select Add to Slack to install the Every app in your workspace. Once it’s connected, the page shows the date it was connected. Select Reconnect Slack to approve Every in Slack again. You need this after new permissions are added, or if the Every bot stops replying in your workspace.

Puzzle

Puzzle is accounting software for startups. Select Connect, then Connect again to agree that Every can share your company details with Puzzle. You finish setting up on Puzzle’s site. If you’ve already started, the button reads Continue setup. Connecting shares your company’s legal name and entity type, your industry and primary filing timezone, and your Every company ID so Puzzle can link the two accounts.

Your own integrations

Slack

Link your Slack account so Every can reach you there. Open Slack and select Connect, or use the Every bot in Slack. If you follow a connect link from the bot, Every shows Connect Slack to Every: select Connect Slack account and sign in to Slack. To remove the link, select Unlink.

MCP

MCP lets you use Every’s read-only tools in an AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol. It needs AI chat to be on for your company.
  1. Open MCP and select Create token.
  2. Give it a Name you’ll recognize, choose an Expiration and select Create.
  3. Copy the token. You won’t be able to see it again.
  4. Follow Connect a client to set up Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf or Codex with your token.
Your tokens shows when each token was created, last used and expires. Select Revoke to stop a token: any client using it stops working immediately. Connected apps lists the apps you’ve authorized with your Every account, and you can revoke their access there too.
