Benefits opens Benefits & Insurance, where you set up and manage the benefits and insurance your company offers. Company Admins and HR Admins see it in the sidebar once payroll is set up and your company has finished onboarding.
What’s on the page
Benefits are grouped into three sections. The rows you see depend on where your company is based and which products it has.
Each row has a badge that shows where you are with it, such as Not Started, In Progress, Processing or Active. Select a row to open it. Some rows open a partner’s website in a new tab instead of a page in Every.
Some companies also see shortcut cards on the page, such as Explore health benefits for your company, which opens your health plans.
Set up health benefits
Select Health, Dental, and Vision to see your plan years. If you don’t have any yet, select Setup benefits. If your company can shop for plans in Every, you’re asked to Choose how you like to proceed. Select Shop plans to compare plans and put together a new package. Migrate existing isn’t available yet. Once you’ve submitted your plans, you may see We’re setting up your benefits while Every gets your plans ready. When they’re ready, open enrollment starts and Every lets you and your team know it’s time to choose plans. Employees enroll in their plans and see their own benefits from their own account.Health insurance
