Financial benefits may not be available for your company yet.
Every offers four pre-tax financial benefits that you set up from Benefits. Company Admins and HR Admins can set them up once payroll is set up.

FSAs

Select Health FSA or Dependent Care FSA to see a card for each plan year, with its status and how many people are enrolled. Select a year to set it up, or to open its dashboard once it’s set up. When an employee opts in, you fund their full annual balance upfront, and it’s loaded onto their FSA card to use straight away. You get it back through payroll: each pay period, a pre-tax deduction is taken from the employee’s paycheck and returned to you.

Setup

Answer the eligibility question under Get started. It checks the plan against IRS nondiscrimination rules, and if your answer means the plan may not qualify, Every shows You’re not qualifying and you can’t continue. Then choose a Start date and an Annual company contribution (Every shows the most you can contribute for the year), pick Who is the current CEO?, and choose whether Every emails your employees about the benefit. Eligible for benefits shows who can enroll.

Review & confirm

Check the details and select Confirm & submit.
When setup is complete, confirm that you’ve received and reviewed the plan description before you close. You can change the start date until the first employee submits their elections.

Commuter benefits

Select a commuter benefit in the Financial section to set it up. Choose a Start date and a Monthly company contribution, pick the CEO, and choose whether to Notify employees via email. Then select Submit. Commuter benefits aren’t tied to a plan year. For some companies, setup ends with a Confirm & subscribe step instead, for FSAs as well as commuter benefits. It shows the pricing and the Every checking account you’ll pay from. Select Confirm & Subscribe to finish.

Dashboard

Once a benefit is set up, select it to open its dashboard. Summary cards show its Status, Employees enrolled, the company’s cost or budget, and Budget spent, and a table lists each enrolled employee with their contributions and what they’ve spent. Select Settings to change the start date or the company contribution in Benefit settings. The start date locks once employees have made their elections. For anything that’s locked, contact support@every.io. Plan descriptions are saved in Documents > All documents under HR (see All documents). The Financial Benefits report shows each benefit’s transactions and balances (see Payroll and people reports).
