Shopping for health plans in Every may not be available for your company yet.
In Benefits, select Health, Dental, and Vision to open your company’s health plan years. Company Admins and HR Admins can use it once payroll is set up. Every’s own health, dental and vision plans are offered to companies whose primary work location is in a state Every supports. If your company has health plans through a partner, the Health section also shows a row for that partner. The first time you open it, Every asks you to Connect, which shares your Every data with the partner, and then opens the partner’s site in a new tab. COBRA administration asks you to connect too. Connecting shares your Every data with a COBRA partner and signs their COBRA service agreement, and the dialog shows the cost before you confirm.

Plan years

Health, Dental and Vision shows a Plan Year card for each year, with its dates, a status, the number of plans, and how many people are enrolled or pending. Select a card to open it. A card marked Prepared by Every means Every’s team is still getting that year’s plans ready. If you have some coverage types but not all, the card offers a button such as Shop missing benefits. If you don’t have any plan years, select Setup benefits.

Run open enrollment

Open a plan year to see its summary cards (Employees enrolled, Total premiums, Enrollment and Dates), its policy dates, its Plans and the people enrolled. Use Year to switch years, and Edit plans to change your plans before they’re published. What to-do next takes you through enrollment:
  1. Review the employees: make sure everyone eligible is listed.
  2. Review the plans: check the plans and costs, and select Review plans if you still need to submit them.
  3. Publish the plans: select Set active to publish them and start open enrollment.
  4. Notify the employees: select Notify employees to let them know they can enroll.
  5. Close open enrollment: once everyone has made their choices, select Close enrollment so Every can submit your application to the carriers.
After you close enrollment, a tracker shows your application moving through Application review, Carrier review and Approved. Employees choose their plans from their own account during open enrollment.

Approve benefit changes

When an employee asks to change their benefits after a qualifying life event (QLE), the request appears under Pending actions on the plan year as a QLE request, and on Home as a task such as Approve 2 benefit changes. Pending terminations show under Pending actions too. Open a request to see the type, the QLE date, the effective date, any supporting document and What’s changing. Select Approve, or Reject and give a Reason.
