Creating a Review Cycle

Set up performance review cycles for your organization:
  1. Navigate to HR > Performance
  2. Click New Review Cycle
  3. Configure cycle details:
    • Review period (quarterly, annual, etc.)
    • Participants
    • Review template
    • Due dates

Review Process

The performance review process typically includes:
Employees complete a self-assessment rating their performance
Direct managers provide feedback and ratings
Set new goals and objectives for the next period
Schedule a one-on-one meeting to discuss the review

Create custom review templates with:
  • Performance ratings (1-5 scale)
  • Competency assessments
  • Goal tracking
  • Open-ended feedback sections
  • Development plans
