# Credit card

> Apply for the Every credit card, then track your balance, payments and statements

> [!NOTE]
>
> The Every credit card may not be available for your company yet.

**Banking** > **Credit card** is where you apply for the Every credit card and manage it once you're approved. Company Admins and Bookkeepers can open it from the sidebar once your company has finished onboarding, and Owners can use it too.

## Apply

Select **Apply now** to start the application.

**1. Connect accounts**

Fill in **Application**:

* **Connected accounts**: your Every accounts and the bank accounts you've connected. Select **Add new account** to connect another bank through Plaid. Connected accounts help determine your credit limit, but only the ones you set as a repayment source or backup count toward it.
* **Accounting software**: connect your accounting software, such as QuickBooks, so Every can better assess your limit. For some companies this is required, and you may be able to upload financial statements instead.
* **Set primary account**: choose the **Primary account** that pays your balance, and optionally a **Backup account** for when the primary doesn't have enough.
* **Additional information**: your **Estimated monthly card spend** and **Number of employees**.
* **Card shipping address**: where to send your physical card.

Select **Next**. You can't continue without a primary account, and the page tells you if your connected accounts are below the minimum balance.

**2. Review & submit**

Read and accept the terms and the authorizations, including letting Every access your bank account information and debit your linked account to repay the balance. Then select **Confirm & submit**.

## After you apply

| What you see | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Application in review** | Every is reviewing your application. The checklist shows **Submit application**, **Application review** and **Access credit card** |
| **Application rejected.** | Every can't offer a card right now, with the reasons where available. Select **Apply again** if your circumstances change, or **Go to Cards** to use debit cards |
| **Application approved** | Your **Approved limit** and how **Payments** are collected. Select **Continue** to open your credit card |

## Manage your credit card

Once you're approved, the page shows your **Current balance**, **Next payment**, **Available credit** and **Credit limit**.

* **Make a payment**: pay some or all of your balance now. Enter the **Amount**, choose the account to pay from, select **Review**, then **Confirm and pay**. You'll see this button when you have a balance and your account isn't frozen.
* **Download statement**: in the menu next to **Make a payment**, download a monthly credit statement.
* **Settings**: open **Autopay & linked accounts** to see your **Auto-pay settings** and change which accounts pay your balance, and in what order. You may also see your **Cashback level** and reward **Points** here.
* **Cards**: the credit cards on the account. Select one to manage it, or the arrow to see them all on [Company cards](/banking/cards).
* **Recent transactions**: your latest credit card spend. Select the arrow to see it all on [Transactions](/banking/transactions).

If your account is frozen, a banner at the top says why, with a button to fix it, such as **Make a payment** to pay off the balance or **Link a bank account**. If a linked account disconnects, select **Open linked accounts** to reconnect it.
